Traditional Real Food Recipes

Thursday, January 26th, 2012

When I was little, I enjoyed going to my grandmother’s house. The aroma of her wonderful cooking dragged me into her kitchen. You could never get me out of that house. Ever since I was little, I wanted to learn how to cook Traditional Food Recipes for my family. I want to bring that aroma and that enjoyment into my home. I want to have my children experience the aroma of the meals that I once enjoyed when I was a little girl. After my grandmother passed away, I missed getting the chance of having her recipes. She kept them under lock and key, never to be found again. Instead, I have to create my own secret family recipes. It has been making a great impression on my family. The kids and my husband now cannot wait to get home. I can get them to enjoy real food as I remember fondly of my grandmother.

What I didn’t realize all those years ago was that the foods were more nutritious than what most people cook today. This is because today most people open a box or package of something, pop it into the microwave or oven and call it dinner. Doing that may save you time but at the cost of your health. There are so many health problems people are faced with today that were not heard of before. There has to be a reason for this. Some people will say it only seems that way because of the advances in the health field. I think it has to do with the drastic changes in our food by the food industry. The food on the market shelves today I do not consider real food. Real food is food that comes from nature and has not been altered by science, processing or refining.

Weber Recipes Are So Good Because of the Cooking Method

Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011

Weber recipes are for a method of cooking in which food is cooked slowly over low indirect heat. This method of cooking is invented for that kind of food that will burn if they are exposed to direct heat grilling. As this is slow and low on heat, it allows the juices inside the meat to re-distribute to the skin.

Indirect grilling is a good solution for cooking larger meat cuts, without ending up with burned-outside and raw-inside meat. This makes your meat more tender and juicy from outside as compared to direct heat grilling.

A Weber BBQ is a device for trying your Weber recipes. The control of temperature matters in this, a lot to make tasty meat and it introduce the flavor of wood smoke. It is like if you moved your oven outside with grill lid on and as this is a slow process for cooking one can relax or do other things while cooking in Weber BBQ.
