Concerns for Having Another Earthquake

I think that for a lot of people, that earthquake that they had in Virginia earlier this year really scared a lot of people. It’s really amazing that they would have an earthquake like that an area like that. It’s not normal at all to have big earthquakes in that part of the United States. I think that’s what scared people the most. People in California and areas like that sort of expect to have earthquakes every year, but in other places, people aren’t accustomed to having earthquakes in their area and their homes aren’t even built to be earthquake proof. I really hope that that was just a fluke and not something that will become a tendency in the future. I think it’s particularly a concern for parents because you worry about where your children are in a situation like that, and you really wonder if the school was built to protect them from an incident like that, and you wonder how you could get to them if something like that were to happen again.

Other numbers have their own pattern, and children will need to learn this to progress. However, having mastered the zero and one times tables should put children on a path to boosting their confidence in maths.
